Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and front-end development concepts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and responsive designs, using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Location is BGC, Taguig with a Hybrid setup (8x onsite per month) and a Project-Based employment type,

Qualifications

• Experience as UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams.
• Strong visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is highly preferred.
