Job summary

JTI GBS Manila seeks a Travel & Expense Specialist (Temporary) to oversee T&E processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence. You will validate expense claims in Concur, enter in SAP, and manage related queries, while supporting month-end closes and governance controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 1+ year in an accounting-related shared services role, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business required.
At least 1 year of experience in an accounting-related role, with experience in accounts and finance shared services.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, Concur, and SAP S/4HANA.
English proficiency.
Ability to interpret and apply professional accounting standards such as IFRS.
Experience in applying internal controls and J-Sox principles.
Knowledge of data governance, data maintenance, protection, delivery, and quality.

Responsibilities

Process T&E transactions, including validating expense claims in Concur and entering claims into SAP.
Manage queries and administer cardholder services to meet month-end timelines and SLA requirements.
Ensure compliance with Global Operating Guidelines and J-Sox controls; document controls for audit.
Prepare routine reports and analyses and identify process improvements.
Support Team Lead and collaborate across GBS and Corporate on projects.
