Job summary

Tasq Work in Makati is seeking a Training Sales Consultant to sell training services and support delivery from pre-sales to post-sales. You will work with the Education Center Manager and cross-functional teams to present products, meet client needs, and develop revenue opportunities.

The role involves onsite work with hybrid potential upon regularization; strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in AEC, Manufacturing, or technical sales.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and public relations experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell training courses through cold calling, client meetings, events, networking, and business development.
• Develop and qualify leads and implement sales strategies to close deals.
• Work toward achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Education Center’s offerings and market trends.
• Collaborate with Technical, Marketing, and Training teams for positioning strategies.
• Build relationships with clients and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, costings, and internal documents; monitor forecasts and pipelines.
