Job summary

IFF in Manila is seeking a seasoned Production/Material Planner to translate demand forecasts into actionable tolling schedules with external manufacturing partners. You will coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, and drive timely corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and optimal inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of production planning experience, with hands-on SAP IBP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experiences in production planning, scheduling, material planning or external manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
• Strong analytical skills: adept at scenario modeling and exception‑based planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage tolling campaign plans by translating demand forecasts and production requirements into executable schedules with external manufacturing partners.
• Coordinate campaign execution, monitor performance, identify delays or risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Ensure material availability by planning and coordinating supply of bulk, raw, and packaging materials to tolling sites.
• Maintain planning systems and master data accuracy including orders, yields, routings, lead times, and production parameters.
• Manage inventory at tolling partners, keeping stock within target ranges and addressing slow-moving materials.
• Reconcile tolling volumes/costs with partners and finance, reporting production output and conversion charges.
• Ensure quality, food safety, traceability, shelf-life, and product release processes compliance.
• Serve as primary planning liaison for tolling partners and lead regular planning reviews.
