Job summary

Marsh in Mexico City is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, endpoint, and real estate projects across multiple initiatives. The role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the office at least three days a week and to coordinate with senior sponsors and stakeholders.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, maintain risk and project plans, and ensure alignment with governance. Proficiency with Planview, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in large-scale infrastructure tech projects.
• Ability to work independently across all levels, including CxO support.
• Familiar with various PM methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex core technology projects end-to-end to deliver outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed risk and project plans (resources, scope, schedule, cost, dependencies).
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and communicate changes.
• Track program status, finances and resources across lifecycles.
• Ensure compliance with methodology, auditing, and tracking using agreed tools.
• Maintain centralized project documentation with CTS VMO using Planview, Azure DevOps, SharePoint.
• Communicate clearly with team and stakeholders about roles and responsibilities.
• Contribute to process improvements for delivery efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate projects and release schedules.
• Identify and request resources and manage resource plans.
