You will mentor supervisors and staff, manage staffing and engagement economics, review work papers, and drive technical accounting solutions with up-to-date knowledge.

This role emphasizes leadership, client relationship building, and ongoing training, all within a day shift hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical accounting for multiple clients.
• Ability to mentor and develop staff and supervisors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in accounting.
• Experience with US GAAP/IFRS conversions is a plus.
