Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Makati seeks a Training Program Manager to design, coordinate, and support technology capability and career development programs across tech roles. You will lead competency mapping, learning pathways, and training initiatives in partnership with HR and IT to enable enterprise technology transformation.

The role focuses on governance, vendor coordination, and developing structured learning journeys to strengthen leadership readiness and future-ready tech talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 5 years in Learning and Development, HR, or Technology Enablement roles.
• Knowledge of technology roles and skills including engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and Agile practices.
• Experience coordinating learning or capability programs and managing external vendors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology competency mapping across engineering, architecture, data, QA, product, cybersecurity, and platform roles; define skill progression with HR/tech leaders.
• Translate competency gaps into learning journeys, certifications, and development priorities aligned to goals.
• Develop and coordinate the Technology Training Program Plan with roadmaps, certifications, timelines, and rollout of training programs.
• Support TechStart programs, Tech Academy tracks, and leadership development to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, learning institutions, and internal academies to align external programs with governance standards.
• Track governance, risk, and compliance training; maintain dashboards on participation, certifications, and outcomes for HR/tech leadership.
