The role emphasizes observability with Datadog, scripting in Bash/PowerShell, DNS/DHCP management, and end-to-end network troubleshooting from physical layer to application configurations.

Qualifications

• In-depth Windows and Linux administration across multiple distros.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticket workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows (10/11) and Linux endpoints and BOS machines.
• Monitor fleet health and alerts with Datadog; triage thresholds.
• Manage DNS/DHCP, network troubleshooting, and core services.
• Escalate as needed and document SOPs/KB articles.
