Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Clinical license at time of hire and ability to maintain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and provide leadership.
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Coaching and monitoring employee performance and evaluations.
• Prepare monthly intake/referral statistics.
• Maintain confidential client information in HIPAA and related laws.
