Job summary

Brilliant Corners seeks a Program Manager to lead San Mateo housing programs and Community Supports, reporting to the Associate Director. You will supervise staff, manage operations, ensure compliance, and partner with funders, health plans, and community partners to deliver high-quality services.

You will drive data-informed decisions using Salesforce, Excel, and budgeting tools, while ensuring program outcomes meet contractual requirements and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities with coaching experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic program environment.
• Experience overseeing housing or community-service programs is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and budgeting/documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to assigned staff, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of housing services and Community Supports.
• Monitor program performance and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure objectives and standards align with funder and organizational requirements.
• Manage relationships with health plans, county partners, landlords, and service providers.
• Utilize Salesforce, Excel, and accounting software to monitor operations and reporting.
