Golden Gate Regional Center Inc. seeks a Bilingual Social Worker (Spanish Required) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes assessment, program planning, and coordinating services to enhance independence and family well‑being.

You will work hybrid: in clients' homes in San Mateo County, at the San Mateo office, and remotely. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in social welfare, Spanish fluency, and strong advocacy and documentation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social welfare or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required to perform duties.
• Knowledge of counseling and family dynamics.
• Experience in case management is strongly desired.
• Reliable transportation for site visits.

Mansioni

• Assess individuals supported and their families and develop an Individual Program Plan.
• Coordinate and document services to secure needed funding.
• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with federal/state requirements.
• Advocate for services and coordinate with community resources.
• Initiate referrals and monitor vendored services; engage with committees.
