Avaloq Philippines Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Service Operations – Portfolio Management, Wealth Management & RM Suite (PFM) Team.

You will develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications for global clients, focusing on reliability, performance, and maintainability of the RM Suite. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product teams, and Project Delivery to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvements while adhering to best practices and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven software engineer experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of Portfolio Management, Wealth Management, and RM Suite solutions.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and complex technical issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including impact analysis and fixes.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving client needs.
• Handle configuration and deployment of RM Suite in ACPR.
• Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery.
• Support testing activities including functional validation and UAT.
• Contribute to product enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
