Job summary

AMCS Group is seeking a Software Architect to shape the technical direction of our cloud-based SaaS platform. Based in Cebu with a hybrid work arrangement, you will collaborate with global teams to design scalable solutions and drive key architectural decisions.

You will lead architecture discussions, ensure NFRs are met, and work across Product and Engineering to deliver reliable, secure software. A strong Microsoft stack background and interest in AI tooling will accelerate delivery and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 8 years development experience.
3+ years in Software/Technical/Solution Architecture role.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and design patterns.
Experience with distributed enterprise systems capable of scaling to high traffic.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define Product Roadmap and associated designs/technical enablers.
Implement a secure, cost-efficient cloud-based platform that is reliable and scalable.
Define and maintain software architecture standards and best practices.
Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure software solutions.
Mentor development teams and contribute to core platform packages.
