Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a hybrid role at Griffinstone Tower, Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, GRC, and PPM modules while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value.

The role requires strong scripting skills, 3–5 years of ServiceNow experience, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, or development.
• Proficient in scripting and development on the ServiceNow platform including core applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Risk/Policy/Compliance).
• Experience across ITSM, GRC, and PPM modules.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and independent/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement analyses for new features and enhancements.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and deployments.
• Develop, review, test, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, artifacts, and release methodologies.
• Demonstrate leadership in technical initiatives and stakeholder demonstrations.
