Job summary

RCG Global Services is seeking a seasoned Java professional to join their Ayala Avenue, Makati team on a hybrid schedule. The role requires experience across the full software development lifecycle, strong design skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

You will work with Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, and RESTful services while contributing to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Night shift flexibility is needed to align with project demands in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Full software development lifecycle experience with OOP, Java, and design patterns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior developers.
• Knowledge of Java antipatterns and when to avoid them.
• Solid understanding of JVM, memory management, and multithreading.
• Hands-on with Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JMS, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build tools (Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo).
• Familiar with version control (GitHub) and deployment tools (Rundeck, Chef).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI testing platforms.
