Job summary

HRTX is seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Developer in Mandaluyong for hybrid work (3x a week on-site). You will develop and maintain .NET Core backends and React front-ends, ensuring robust API design and secure authentication. The role requires strong MS SQL Server skills, code reviews, and adherence to Agile practices.

You will collaborate across teams, map business requirements to architectures, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of .NET Core and React development experience.
• Strong skills in ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and authentication.
• Proficient in React, JavaScript, and state management.
• Strong MS SQL Server/T-SQL and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with code reviews, solution design, and engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps/CI/CD, and Agile.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development: build and maintain .NET Core backend services and React interfaces.
• Database management: structure and maintain MS SQL Server schemas, procedures, views, and queries.
• Technical architecture: lead feature design mapping requirements to API contracts and data models.
• System integrations: connect apps with enterprise platforms and REST APIs, handling auth and data transformation.
• Code quality & SDLC: drive engineering standards, code reviews, manage technical debt, and own SDLC from design to production support.
• Maintenance & Agile: debug production issues, maintain docs, and work with Azure DevOps CI/CD and Agile ceremonies.
