Job summary

Dialpad, the AI platform for customer experience, is hiring a Small Business Sales Representative in Pasig City, Metro Manila. You’ll start by listening to prospects, mapping their needs to Dialpad’s solutions, and guiding them through setup for long‑term success.

Join a cross‑functional team with marketing, support, and other sales to deliver a high‑touch experience, while aligning with US core hours. You’ll own the full early sales cycle, qualify leads, and help startups and SMBs adopt Dialpad

Qualifications

1+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
High emotional intelligence and energy to learn.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup.
Experience with Salesforce and Outreach preferred.
Experience with G‑suite and remote collaboration.
Ability to work US core hours (6 am–5 pm PT).
Excellent internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

Own new logo acquisition from lead to close and contribute to revenue targets.
Be first point of contact for customers and deliver high-touch experiences.
Collaborate with Billing, Support, Marketing and sales teams to optimize customer experience.
Stay informed on product changes to benefit customers.
Experience the full sales cycle from interest to won deals.
Interface with Sales Lines, Live Chat, and Marketing leads, primarily with North America.
Assist future customers with sign-up and onboarding for success.
