Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience preferred; bookkeeping/finance internships welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Prior experience reading financial statements; Excel proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Information scraping and encoding of client-submitted documents
• Encoding large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Quality checks on encoded data and correcting discrepancies
• Storing files systematically
• Running of credit checks
