Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Replenishment Support specialist to assist the Replenishment Planner with PR to PO and Delivery Order creation. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth replenishment cycles, collaborating with Planning, DC Operations and Customer Care teams.

You will monitor key performance metrics, manage intercompany flows, and contribute to on-time delivery while maintaining master data accuracy in a hybrid work setting in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.
• Experience with procurement and replenishment processes preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Planning, DC Operations and Customer Care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Replenishment Planner with PR to PO and Delivery Order creation.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and on-time customer orders.
• Collaborate with Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze exception messages, blocked customer orders, and returns.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve delivery performance.
