Confidential is seeking an R&D Junior Manager to drive end-to-end product development and regulatory compliance across markets, focusing on cost efficiency and regional guidelines. The role supports supply chain through localization of materials and packaging, supplier management, and manufacturing support.

You will lead cross-functional teams to establish product standards, manage launch timelines, and document formulations and procedures. Hybrid work arrangement based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in R&D and Quality Assurance in food/manufacturing.
• Professional license (e.g., Food Technologist) is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Ortigas, Pasig City.
