Job summary

Training and Marketing Professionals Inc. is seeking two QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALISTS for the Globe Telecom account. This hybrid role combines on-site and work-from-home tasks to ensure data quality and process accuracy.

You will evaluate outputs from KYM/Onboarding specialists, address quality issues, and produce end-of-day reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, at least 1 year QA/administrative experience, and strong analytical and communication skills in English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably Business Administration or Business Management course or any related courses
• At least 1 year experience as Quality Assurance Staff, and/or Administrative Assistant preferred
• With experience handling Data Management validation and Quality Audit/Check in Financial/Banking Industry is required
• Ability to run workshops, coordinating or managing cadences/ initiatives
• Attention to Detail, decision-making skills and enhanced multi-tasking skills
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and planning skills; can find innovative ways to resolve problems and developed time-management skills
• Proficient in Office Applications (Google Suite & MS Office Suite and PowerPoint/Google Slides and MS Excel/Google Sheets)
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English and Tagalog)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the output of KYM/Onboarding specialist
• Address quality issues – findings, and concerns from the encoded and uploaded data – that support producing timely and high-quality KYM/Onboarding profiles.
• Ensures alignment and implementation of KYM/Onboarding policies, seeking clarification when needed.
• Provides end-of-day daily reports to respective departments.
