Job summary

GrowSari is seeking a Quality Assurance/Compliance Specialist to ensure quality, compliance, and process adherence across Commercial Offline operations. You will conduct audits, monitor internal processes, validate reports, and prepare compliance dashboards while tracking corrective actions to closure.

Ideal candidates have QA/audit experience in tech or e-commerce settings, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel. Onsite reporting is required at least 2x per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Audit, Compliance, Operations, or Process Improvement is an advantage.
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, fintech, FMCG, BPO, or startup environments is a plus.
• Exposure to audits, process reviews, reporting, or quality monitoring.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic, leadership, or internship experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits and compliance reviews across operational workstreams.
• Monitor adherence to internal processes, policies, and standards.
• Validate reports, documentation, and proof of execution.
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare audit findings, compliance reports, and performance dashboards.
• Track corrective and preventive actions until closure.
• Support calibration, process reviews, and quality standardization initiatives.
• Maintain audit documentation and compliance records.
