Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or business analysis roles, preferably in professional services or a PMO environment.
• Foundational knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, Visio).
• Exposure to creating project documentation, meeting notes, process flows, and status reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support recurring project meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes distribution.
• Facilitate meetings with internal teams and stakeholders, including kickoffs and status reviews.
• Prepare and deliver professional status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain stakeholder registers, project communication plans, and departmental files.
• Support the development of executive-ready presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Use Microsoft Office suite to manage documents, workflows, and deliverables.
