Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or PM roles.
• Foundational knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid delivery.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Monday.com, SharePoint, Visio).
• Experience creating project documentation and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring project meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status reviews, and working sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver clear status reports, dashboards, and communications.
• Maintain stakeholder registers and project documentation files.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and briefing materials for internal/external audiences.
• Support budgets, timelines, and risk management as needed.
