ERNI, a leading software development company with a global footprint and a thriving Asia Pacific hub in Mandaluyong, invites experienced Reports Developers to join our hybrid team. You will build and optimize Power BI reports and Fabric dataflows, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets and interactive dashboards.

We seek candidates with 3+ years in Power BI, strong data modeling skills, and proficiency in DAX/SQL.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Experience using Microsoft Fabric for data prep, integration, and reporting.
Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Service, including report publishing and scheduled refresh.

Responsibilities

Develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards for operational monitoring and decision-making.
Gather requirements with stakeholders and define KPIs, calculations, and acceptance criteria.
Prepare and transform data using Power Query, SQL, and Fabric capabilities.
Build and maintain semantic models with relationships, measures, and logic.
Maintain Fabric dataflows and pipelines supplying data for reporting.
