ERNI Philippines is seeking a Reports Developer to design, build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, prepare datasets with Microsoft Fabric, and deliver interactive insights that support decision making.

You will collaborate across data engineering, analytics, and business teams, ensuring reliable data, secure access, and timely refreshes while contributing to a culture of learning and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years in hands‑on reporting and dashboards with Power BI.
• Experience using Microsoft Fabric for data prep, integration and reporting.
• Strong Power BI Desktop and Service skills: publishing, workspace mgmt, scheduled refresh.
• Deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query and SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Experience building semantic models with star schemas, relationships, measures, and date tables.
• Familiarity with Fabric components such as Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2 or Data Factory pipelines.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (databases, Excel, SharePoint, apps).
• Understanding of data visualization principles and interactive report design.
• Experience validating data, troubleshooting refreshes, and performance improvements.
• Knowledge of row-level security and secure report sharing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reports, dashboards and KPIs.

• Implement row-level security and manage report access per policies.
• Publish and maintain reports, dashboards and apps in Power BI Service.
• Support UAT and incorporate stakeholder feedback; maintain documentation.
