Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is seeking a Hybrid Physical Distribution Specialist based in Taguig. The role requires 3–5 years in physical distribution or supply chain processing, with potential advantage for import/export booking experience.

You will support filing, documentation, dashboard updates, and cost-controlled deliveries. The position emphasizes collaboration with project managers, field engineers, and logistics partners to ensure GDP-compliant operations and timely document

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Physical Distribution / Supply chain processing.
• Import and Export Booking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring an efficient filing system (hard & soft).
• Assist in collating required documents from different stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring submission of required installation reports from Field Service Engineers and to submit all collated documents to DM or TL for checking before filing.
• Assist in monitoring submission of required docs from project Managers.
• Assist in updating the dashboard or monitoring sheet in Excel file.
• Assist in processing Purchase Requisition for small items needed per work.
• Assist in ensuring that Project Manager uses updated & required PM forms/templates.
• Assist in checking collated documents compliance with GDP.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling the physical distribution activities of distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in supply chain.
• Assist in managing deliveries (and product flow) to and from the DC within budget and at or above agreed service levels.
• Assist in managing the relationships with the logistics counterparts at the Commercial Organization, the Logistic Service Providers and central organizations of Supply Chain in order to achieve business targets.
