Job summary

Sinoma CBMIPH Construction Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Logistics/Project Coordinator responsible for end-to-end project logistics, including bulk and container shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to project sites. This on-site role requires travel to sites as needed and suitability for 3–5 years' experience.

The successful candidate will manage import/export, customs documentation, and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and trucking providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, customs, or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics or freight forwarding experience.
• Experience in project logistics, bulk and container shipments.
• Familiarity with Philippine customs clearance and port operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage bulk and container shipments from origin to project site.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking providers.
• Handle import/export and customs documentation.
• Supervise the Junior Document Officer.
• Monitor shipment schedules, cargo release, and deliveries.
• Monitor demurrage, detention, storage, and logistics costs.
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics issues.
• Prepare shipment trackers and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, warehouse, and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with customs and logistics requirements.
• Travel to project sites, ports, and warehouses as needed.
