Job summary

First Circle is hiring a People Team Intern to support talent acquisition, workplace, events and People Operations at our BGC office. You'll source and screen candidates, manage data in our HRIS, and help run office logistics and company events.

This hands-on internship gives real, end-to-end experience in fintech People and HR, with potential path to full-time roles. You'll work hybrid: in-office days at BGC and remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience level: 0–1 year; final-year students welcome.
• Academic background: Any field; psychology, HR, business, or communications is a plus.
• Strong organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Ownership, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• On-site availability at BGC office on scheduled days.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates, post openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and university groups.
• Screen inbound applications in Workable and manage candidate pipelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Support employer brand content and campus outreach.
• Monitor Glassdoor/Indeed reviews and flag themes.
• Coordinate office facilities logistics and events.
• Plan all-hands and team activities; manage RSVPs and on-the-day support.
• Maintain BambooHR records; support onboarding/offboarding paperwork.
• Produce recurring HR reports and standard documents.
• Identify process improvements or automation opportunities.
