Job summary

First Circle is hiring a People Team Intern to support talent acquisition, employer branding, workplace operations, events, and people operations. You’ll help source candidates, maintain HR records, and ensure office logistics run smoothly at the BGC office.

Qualifications

• Experience level: 0 to 1 year; final-year students or fresh graduates welcome.
• Academic background: Any field; psychology, HR, business, or communications is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and spreadsheets; quick to learn HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates; post openings on job boards and social channels.
• Screen inbound applications in ATS and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Support employer brand content and campus outreach.
• Coordinate office logistics and plan company events and all-hands.
