Job summary

Artelia Philippines seeks a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models in Autodesk Revit for local and international projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

You will produce construction documentation, coordinate with disciplines, manage data via ACC, and support clash detection, with a hybrid work setup and benefits like HMO and leave.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of BIM modeling and construction documentation experience focused on MEP systems.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination processes, and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Knowledge of MEP systems, engineering drawings, and building services coordination.
• Experience delivering BIM models and project documentation within established timelines.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models in Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Produce construction documentation, including plans, layouts, sections, schedules, details, and drawing packages.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and engineering disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
• Perform model reviews, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate design revisions, markups, and coordination comments into BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM data, model collaboration, and file exchanges through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Collaborate closely with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Design Leads, and Project Managers throughout project delivery.
