Job summary

ODV Creative Media Inc is seeking a responsible Media Planning & Buying Associate to lead, oversee, and assist in planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of media campaigns across paid and earned channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in media planning or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong interest in advertising, media and current market trends.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn media planning tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist media planning from insight gathering to strategy development and campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing media strategies and plans for client presentations and approvals.
• Coordinate with media partners on proposals, placements and rates.
• Review contracts and provide inputs on terms and conditions.
• Work with partners and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.
• Monitor campaigns and generate performance analytics and reports using tools.
• Prepare status updates and implementation reports for project tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance for billing documents and track invoices.
• Research emerging media channels and trends to identify opportunities.
• Maintain organized records of media plans and communications.
