Global Tech Company in Mandaluyong seeks an experienced M&A Acquisitions Counsel Manager to lead legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. Role involves due diligence, drafting and negotiating acquisition documents, and coordinating with multi-geography teams in a hybrid setup.

The candidate should have 8+ years in law, strong M&A practice, and a proven ability to manage complex transactions while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience at law firm and/or as in-house counsel.
• Experience coordinating teamwork or as individual contributor.
• Strong knowledge of M&A transactions, due diligence, and general corporate practice.
• Ability to draft contracts to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to M&A and strategic investment transactions, including due diligence and risk mitigation.
• Support M&A stakeholders in negotiations and review of deals across geographies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with target companies and acquired entities.
• Collaborate with deal attorneys, legal teams, and procurement/value chain functions on data room materials.
