Job summary

You will work with Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and related tools, participate in SDLC and Agile practices, and collaborate with global stakeholders. A 3–4 year track record and a BA/BS are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field.
• Hands on application support experience using Java and SQL.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support through the Incident Management System, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and closure of reported issues.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, including daily, monthly, and quarterly performance and support metrics.
• Monitor application health and proactively identify potential issues that may impact business operations.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting reported incidents.
• Implement simple code fixes, bug resolutions, and minor application enhancements.
• Develop, test, and deploy solutions following established development standards and change management processes.
• Support application maintenance activities and ensure the quality of delivered fixes.
• Proactively work on IT solutions with cross-functional teams.
