Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior DevOps architect to define and drive cloud-native strategies, lead POC initiatives, and ensure scalable and maintainable platform architectures.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform and Development teams to implement modern DevOps practices, document architectures, and present technical value to leadership. The role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and future-proof technology decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in a cloud-environment.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell for automation.
• >5 years Azure Cloud and DevOps tool implementation with best practices.
• Ability to lead POC projects to evaluate new tech.
• Experience collaborating with architecture, infra, platform and dev teams.

Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and recommend modern DevOps and cloud-native tools and platforms.
• Lead and deliver POC projects to assess feasibility and value of new tech.
• Review and align initiatives with industry trends and future-proof architecture.
• Provide strategic direction on tool/platform adoption for scalability and maintainability.
• Translate complex concepts into clear language for leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Platform and Development teams on tool adoption.
• Develop documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides.
