Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead to join our Global Technology team. You will lead assigned technology teams, ensure delivery of priorities and SLAs, and partner with business units to drive outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in enterprise apps, development, production support, data, cybersecurity, or risk management, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work with onsite presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, IT, Eng, or related field.
• Experience leading technology teams across enterprise apps, development, production support, data, cybersecurity or risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership with accountability.
• Experience managing delivery priorities, resources, risks, and reporting.
• Excellent verbal/written/presentation communication; quick learner of new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery plans for assigned tech teams to meet SLAs.
• Manage day-to-day delivery priorities, assignments, monitoring and on-time delivery.
• Lead teams in enterprise apps, development, production support, data or security domains.
• Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and address delivery challenges.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team environment.
• Provide leadership to clarify expectations, remove blockers, and escalate risks.
• Own service delivery tracking, updates, resource visibility, performance and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement focused on stability, efficiency and quality.
