Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an HT IT Consultant (Taguig) for a Hybrid setup (1 day onsite). The role focuses on techno-functional IT consulting with emphasis on HR IT solutions and SAP modules.

You will manage projects, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and ensure high-quality documentation and change management. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a techno-functional capacity, strong English communication, and experience with SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and LMS integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Preferred expertise in SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Master Data (HR) modules, including LMS.
• Academic background in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience with HR IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Project Management: ensure efficient purchasing processes and engage stakeholders.
• Lead projects following PM standards for IT implementation and vendor/internal coordination.
• Collaborate with Business Process Consultants to define and align technical standards for new projects.
• Maintain technical standards for scalability and maintenance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements with new features and applications.
• Develop and monitor project budget requests; manage purchasing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide accurate budget updates through forecasts and ensure proper budget use.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for vendor and internal development projects.
• Keep LeanIX and internal tools current and accurate.
• Develop technical concepts for proposed changes and provide hyper-care support during transition.
• Promote knowledge sharing across teams and Competence Centers.
• Commit to continuous learning by attending relevant IT events.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Ensure efficient purchasing processes are followed, including timely engagement of the purchasing department and transparent communication
• Lead projects following established Project Management standards, focusing on IT implementation and coordinating vendor and internal resources
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define and align technical standards for new projects and enhancements
• Maintain technical standards aligned with company guidelines to optimize scalability and ease of maintenance
• Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects and enhancements, including new features and applications
• Project Budget:
• Develop and monitor project requests as needed
• Manage the purchasing process throughout the project lifecycle, including creating CEOS shopping cards and handling payments
• Provide accurate budget updates through forecasts and ensure budgets are used or adjusted promptly
• Maintain high accuracy and reliability in project budgets and forecasts
• Technical Documentation:
• Ensure comprehensive and high-quality technical documentation for both vendor and internal development projects
• Keep internal documentation tools like LeanIX current and accurate
• Change Management:
• Develop detailed technical concepts for proposed changes
• Implement changes and provide dedicated hyper-care support during transition
• Knowledge Management:
• Promote the sharing and application of lessons learned across teams and Competence Centers
• Commit to continuous learning by attending relevant IT events and sharing best practices and standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant
• Preferred expertise in SAP HR/HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Master Data (HR) modules, including LMS (Learning Management Systems)
• Academic background in Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience with HR IT solutions
• Business knowledge related to HR is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong initiative and the ability to independently drive projects
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet internal stakeholder needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
