The role focuses on requirements gathering, systems analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a scaled agile environment. The ideal candidate will lead knowledge transfer sessions, develop training materials, and drive SDLC activities across banking-related projects, including on-site training engagements in Singapore and Manila.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition.
• Experience with Banking domain (loans or deposits).
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Experience coordinating Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and training.

Responsabilités

• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare Business Requirements Document when applicable.
• Develop UAT test scripts, KT documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
• Support Software/Product Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum processes.
• Conduct KT sessions and training for team members and stakeholders during training engagements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support upskilling.
