Job summary

Strong communication, problem-solving, Scrum experience, and ITIL familiarity are valued assets for collaborating with clients and teams across projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition.
• Experience with Bankings domains (loans or deposits).
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels.
• Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation.
• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• General PC knowledge including MS Office.
• ITIL certification is a nice-to-have.
• Nice to have experience deploying packaged applications.

Responsibilities

• Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria.
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable).
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
• Software and/or Product Development Lifecycle.
• Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience.
• Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
