Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an Instructional Video Specialist to lead the production of multimedia assets for language teaching solutions. You will conceptualize, produce, edit, and organize videos and assets, while leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize workflow.

The role requires a degree in Visual Communication or related field, strong Adobe CC skills, and a portfolio of multimedia work. Hybrid work setup in Manila-area location is expected, with growth opportunities and collaboration across global

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in visual communications or related field.
Proven experience in multimedia production with portfolio.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production of multimedia assets for language teaching solutions.
Conceptualize, produce, edit videos aligned with project requirements.
Produce, format, organize assets (images, graphics, audio, video).
Leverage AI tools and macros to optimize batch processing.
Provide technical support and fix asset issues.
Collaborate with instructional designers and managers to share information and progress.
Explore EdTech trends to keep assets competitive and innovative.
Perform other multimedia duties as priorities evolve.
