Qualifications

• 3–5 years in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
• Experience supporting server, network, and storage environments in enterprise settings.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions aligned with technical standards and project requirements, working closely with technical architects and service stakeholders.
• Support the build, deployment, and operation of servers, networks, and storage platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor, support, and maintain infrastructure, identifying and addressing capacity, performance, and security issues.
• Collaborate with third‑party suppliers and internal teams to ensure infrastructure services are delivered according to operational requirements and service agreements.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements by recommending best practices, supporting automation initiatives, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and support root cause analysis efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures to support effective service delivery.
