Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Global Process Owner for Treasury to define and optimize our global treasury processes, driving standardization and governance across regions. You will lead cross-functional projects, including system implementations and automation, while aligning with corporate policy and regional execution teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in treasury or related fields, strong project management, and extensive knowledge of TMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CTP or ACT welcome.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in corporate treasury, financial operations, or consulting with focus on process ownership, design, optimization.
• Project Management: Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional global projects and managing change.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (e.g., SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management across time zones.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish/English for Mexico position.

Responsibilities

• Process Definition & Standardization: design, document, and maintain end-to-end global treasury processes aligned with policies.
• Process Adherence & Governance: establish KPIs and audits to enforce global process adherence across regions.
• Global Project Leadership: lead treasury projects including system implementations and automation, liaising with GBS and HQ.
• Continuous Improvement: identify bottlenecks and drive digital transformation, RPA, and treasury technology adoption.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with regional finance hubs, corporate treasury leaders, internal audit, and banks.
• Shift schedule: amenable to EMEA hours with US meeting flexibility.
