Job summary

Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in the Philippines is hiring a General Accountant reporting to Finance Manager to handle general accounting and related duties. The role includes tax compliance, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions in a dynamic shared services environment.

The successful candidate will support period-end closings, AP/AR, and treasury tasks, with a hybrid work setup in Pasay. CPA or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 4–5 years experience in audit, shared services, or BPO.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and MS Office.
• CPA or related accounting certification.
• Amenable to hybrid work in Pasay office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tax compliance and statutory audits.
• Oversee regulatory permits, licenses, and certifications.
• Serve as SME for General Ledger, period-end closing, and reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Oversee treasury activities, including credit card validation and cash advances.
