Job summary

EARTH HOMECARE PRODUCTS (PHILIPPINES), INC. is seeking a General Accountant to maintain the general ledger, perform R2R activities, and ensure accuracy of financial records. The role supports month-end and year-end closings, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

The position requires 1–2 years experience in accounting, strong knowledge of PFRS, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Hybrid setup (2x remote per week) available in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in General Accounting or Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor general ledger accounts for accuracy and integrity.
• Post journal entries including accruals, depreciation, and reclassifications.
• Perform timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and bank statements.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and supporting schedules for audits.
• Maintain fixed asset register and ensure capitalization per policy.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities and documentation.
• Prepare monthly management reports and assist budgeting/forecasting analyses.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls; assist audits.
