Job summary

HRTx Inc seeks a Foreign Exchange Trader to execute currency trades, manage client portfolios, and monitor FX markets. The role collaborates with Head Trader, FX Department, and Back Office to ensure compliant, timely trade execution and settlement.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in banking with FX/Treasury exposure, strong analytical skills, and a client-focused mindset. Hybrid work setup in Makati City with ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Experience in Foreign Exchange, Treasury, FX Trading, or related financial market functions preferred.
• Experience in client portfolio management, relationship management, or business development is an advantage.
• CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute foreign exchange transactions per trading strategies and risk parameters.
• Monitor currency movements, market trends, and economic developments affecting FX.
• Provide timely market updates, analysis, and trading insights to Head Trader.
• Develop and manage assigned client portfolios through effective relationship management.
• Generate new business opportunities via leads and referrals.
• Coordinate with Back Office to ensure accurate processing and settlement of trades.
• Ensure trade documentation is complete and accurate; resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Stay updated on BSP regulations and FX compliance requirements.
