Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain high-performance enterprise web applications. You will develop ASP.NET Core web services, design MS SQL Server structures, create React front-ends, and guide feature delivery within an Agile team.

You will design robust APIs, manage authentication with JWT/OAuth2, implement secure middleware, and collaborate across disciplines in a hybrid setup based in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of hands-on software development experience centered on .NET Core and React ecosystems.
• Strong mastery of ASP.NET Core API development, middleware pipelines, and security frameworks.
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js (ES6+, Hooks, Context API/Redux, responsive UI workflows).
• Solid database experience with MS SQL Server (complex T-SQL scripting, stored procedures).
• Proven background in RESTful API design, HTTP protocols, and third-party API integration.
• Familiarity with Git version control, Azure DevOps tools, and sprint-based Agile methodologies.
• Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Backend Services & API Design: Architect and sustain ASP.NET Core Web APIs, managing middleware configuration, dependency injection, authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth2), and route versioning.
• Front-End Development: Deliver modular React UI components utilizing modern state management (Context API/Redux), responsive styling, and API integration patterns.
• Relational Database Management: Author T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures on MS SQL Server; enforce database normalization, schema design, and query optimization.
• Feature Delivery & Architecture: Translate functional requirements into concrete API specifications, entity models, and UI component structures.
• System Integration: Connect internal enterprise tools and external SaaS REST endpoints, managing data mapping, payload transformations, and security protocols.
• Engineering Quality & Support: Perform peer code reviews, troubleshoot full-stack production incidents, refactor legacy technical debt, and maintain technical documentation.
• Agile Execution: Engage in sprint commitments, planning sessions, and CI/CD deployment routines using Azure DevOps.
