Payreto Services Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer Specialist to build and maintain user-facing interfaces and robust server-side systems. You will work with React and Next.js on the frontend and PHP/Laravel or Node.js on the backend, owning features from conception through deployment.

This role emphasizes independent delivery, architectural decision-making, and end-to-end ownership with significant autonomy to influence system design and performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, delivering end-to-end web applications.
• Exposure to building web apps using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency in TypeScript (preferred) / JavaScript (ES6+).
• Advanced knowledge of React and Next.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (npm, Webpack, Vite).
• Advanced knowledge of PHP/Laravel (required).
• Experience with Node.js and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Git version control and Jira/Agile tooling.

Responsibilities

• Drive frontend development using React/Next.js to deliver responsive, reusable UI components.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic (PHP/Laravel / Node.js).
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas for data integrity and performance.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
• Optimize frontend performance and fix bottlenecks.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging across environments.
• Stay updated with frontend trends and apply improvements as guided.
