Job summary

Teamified is a talent partner enabling global IT and software teams. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS in a multi-region SaaS platform. You will influence architecture, improve CI/CD, and mentor peers while ensuring quality and documentation.

You will contribute to a modular monolith and drive event-driven evolution with a strong emphasis on scalability and localisation for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in multi-region environments.
• Comfortable working across the full stack - from frontend to backend.
• Technical: Laravel or modern PHP frameworks and modern frontend tools (React/Next.js/Vue).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and peer mentorship.
• Contribute to architectural improvements, technical discovery and execution of engineering strategy.
• Ensure accessibility and localisation across a multi-region SaaS platform.
