Payreto Group. is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to build user-facing interfaces with React/Next.js and robust server-side systems using PHP/Laravel.

You will own features end-to-end, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setup in Makati, Philippines. We value 3–5 years of experience, proficiency in modern JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, PostgreSQL, and API design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of full-stack experience delivering end-to-end web apps.
• Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and HTML/CSS.
• Strong React/Next.js, PHP/Laravel, and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and Git-driven workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UI components with React/Next.js and ensure architectural consistency.
• Build RESTful APIs and server-side logic with PHP/Laravel; optimize PostgreSQL schemas.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead feature implementations.
• Improve frontend performance, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay current with trends and apply improvements under guidance.
