Payreto Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to architect, build, and maintain high-performance UIs and scalable server-side systems. You will leverage React, Next.js, TypeScript, PHP/Laravel or Node.js to own features from discovery to production.

You will guide architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and drive best practices while delivering robust APIs and responsive frontends in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development with consumer-facing apps.
• Strong mastery of React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and front-end architectures.
• Ability to mentor teammates and drive engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development with scalable, reusable UI components using React/Next.js.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust RESTful/GraphQL APIs and server logic.
• Oversee database and performance tuning; optimize for low latency.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
